I'd simulate how I want the city to look—I played a game!
Then I drew everything out: the stores, houses, buildings
Bit by bit...I had made a little city
I picked up a new hobby!!
I showed my friends[semicolon] it didn't go over well.

I even started making genre scenes
At first it was just to give some fodder to some of the [struck] my more prying friends
